I recently spotted this miniature Brooklyn skyline on some plywood fencing on South 5th Street in Williamsburg.

There’s a whole series of these NohJColey portraits on South 6th Street in Williamsburg. They’re all incredible.

Now that my interview with her has been published, I can post another photo from my studio visit with Dawn Clements. Her new show at Pierogi (through February 12) is terrific.

A small (well, compared to the size of the whole drawing at least) detail from a piece by Dawn Clements, whose studio I recently visited ahead of her exhibition at Pierogi (January 6-February 12).

Spotted this beautiful painting by Emily Roz, “Vulture Claw” (2011), in Front Room's back room earlier this month.

Here’s another great piece from the just-shuttered show Space Over Time (November 4-December 11) at Camel Art Space, Lauren Warner’s “Lower Terrace” (2011).

A beautiful piece, “Phasmid” (2011), by Oliver Warden from Camel Art Space's just-closed exhibition Space Over Time (November 4-December 11).

Finally spotted a Williamsburg Waldo on Sunday in the entrance to Camel Art Space at 722 Metropolitan Avenue.

Last month I attended 48 Hours, a 24-hour art-making session followed by 12 hours of resting and installing and a 12-hour opening party and exhibition, all at Williamsburg’s Camel Art Space, all organized by Julie Torres. This painting by Julie Curtiss was one of my favorite pieces made during the art-making marathon.
